For trade customers: your name, business name, delivery address, email and what you've ordered. If you've only emailed us, just the email.
What's it used for?
Taking and delivering orders, invoicing, sorting out shorts and returns, and letting you know when rounds or prices change. Offers only go to customers who've asked for them.
Does anyone else see it?
Only the people who help run the business, such as our accountant and the people who look after our ordering system, and only what they need. We don't sell customer details.
How long do you keep it?
Account and order records are kept for six years after your last order, because HMRC asks us to. If you got in touch but never opened an account, we clear it after twelve months.
Does the website track me?
No cookies, no analytics.
Can I see it or have it removed?
Yes. Email orders@calderbrookfoods.co.uk. If you're not happy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the ICO.
